G. Bahdal, Partner, one of co-founders of Tsets.

In 1978 graduated from the Law Faculty of the Irkutsk State University, Russia. Since then, Mr. Bahdal served as investigator with the Office of the Prosecutor-General, aimag (province) prosecutor, Assistant-Prosecutor General (Head of Department), and in 1990 to 1993 as Prosecutor-General of Mongolia.

Specialization: civil, corporate and contract law.

Practice: counseling and providing of legal opinions on complex matters of Mongolian law, drafting of contracts, internal corporate rules and regulations and other legal documents.

Foreign language: Russian.

Member of the Union of Mongolian Advocates.
