Mr. Bahdal is one of founding partners of Tsets. Mr. Bahdal heads the Corporate and Commercial and Mining practices. He is highly valued by Tsets’s corporate clients, both foreign and local, for his in-depth theoretical knowledge and vast experience in virtually all areas of Mongolian law, which enable him to provide well-reasoned and uncontested advice in the most complex issues. Mr. Bahdal has 33 years of experience as a legal practitioner.

In 2011 Mr. Bahdal has been awarded the title of ‘2011 Mining Lawyer of the Year in Mongolia’ from Global Law Experts.

GOVERNMENT SERVICE Served as Prosecutor–General of Mongolia (similar to the position of Attorney-General in the USA). The most significant achievement was the reform of the Prosecutor’s Office from a socialist-style state authority into a criminal prosecution body.
