In 1981 graduated from the Law Faculty of the Leningrad (presently St. Petersburg) State University, Russia. Served as investigator with a prosecutor’s office, Deputy Prosecutor of Ulaanbaatar city, and in 1990 to 1993 as First Deputy Prosecutor-General of Mongolia.

Specialization: Commercial and tax law.

Practice areas: ADR, counseling of foreign investors on the matters of Mongolian law, representation of clients in relations with government authorities.
