In 1996 graduated with Bachelor of International Affairs (B.I.A.) and in 1997 with Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the National University of Mongolia. In 1999 earned Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from Yale University and in 2005- Master of International Affairs (M.IA.) degree from Columbia University.

Prior to joining Tsets, Ms. Sainzaya was Associate in New York and London offices of a New York based law firm of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP and in the New York office of Clifford Chance LLP, a London based international law firm, where she had been extensively involved in structuring financial instruments and in asset-backed securities transactions and represented U.S. public companies, investment banks and insurance companies in connection with public offerings and private placements of debt and structured securities.

Practice: corporate and structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, general commercial, corporate and securities laws.
